昨日、今日と別府史之選手に聞いた事の備忘録。
ペダルは足で踏むのではなく、体をねじって体全体で踏むんです。
フレームのたわみを利用して、ねじって反発に変えて進ませる。
自転車に“乗れる”様になると、一体感が出て、見た目もかっこいい。
上記が出来るようになると、53t×16tのギア比で3歩で40kmに達する。
レース前の食事は3時間前に炭水化物と糖分をしっかりと。(一時間で70gの糖分が必要)
自転車を自分で整備するのが嫌いなので、他人にやらせようと思い、プロになった。
230kmをアベレージ41kmで、心拍は150bpmを超えないように走った。
